Everybody love to snack almost as much as we want to lose weight. But according to recent research by the USDA, our snacking habits are adding too many calories and too few nutrients to our diets.

A snack is a portion of food, smaller than a regular meal, usually eaten between meals. Snacks come in a variety of forms including packaged snack foods and other processed foods, as well as items made from fresh ingredients at home. 


Eating healthy is an important part of life. Many of us strive to eat as healthy as possible every day, but are you really consuming the best nutrients for your body? 

Do you know healthy snacks can help your child to eat and drink enough during the day? Healthy snacks also help weight management and balancing.
